Clerk in sales office (m/f/x)

Main tasks

  • Creating and tracking offers for domestic and international customers
  • Participation in development projects – creating change offers / supplementary offers and coordinating
    them with the customers
  • Commercial processing of warranty claims
  • Participation in sales planning
  • Working with customer portals
  • Responsibility for commercial processes of a defined group of customers
  • Close cooperation with technical and commercial departments to support current and new projects or
    change requests from customers
  • Tool calculations and documentations
  • Maintenance and registration of customer structures as well as prices and conditions in SAP R/3
  • Administrative support of our sales team

Your profile

  • University business/technical degree or comparable qualification
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement; preferably in the automotive industry
  • Negotiating skills and a strong technical understanding as well as an interest in technical issues
  • Knowledge of the requirements and processes of the automotive industry and SAP R/3
  • Confident dealing with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel (international)
  • Business German and English fluent language skills, both written and spoken
  • Professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Above-average commitment, independent work, assertiveness and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team are preconditions
