Our insert thermostats are aimed at diesel and gasoline engines. They have a robust design and can be used with a plastic or aluminium housing. They have a state-of-the-art yet low-cost design and are suitable for numerous applications. Our insert thermostats come equipped either with or without a second bypass valve, depending on your requirements. They come as standalone mechanical thermostats. They can be blank or rubber coated.
Our plate thermostats have been in mass production since 1948 (conventional thermostats) and 1998 (electrically heated). They are low-cost.
These thermostats are available as plug-ins or with an aluminium housing.
Our conventional sleeve thermostats have been in mass production since 1980, and the electrically heated thermostats since 2009. This option is used for high performance applications and high-volume flows.

The wax thermostats with position sensor have been in mass production since 2015. They directly detect the position of the radiator valve plate and fully comply with OBD II requirements. This is applicable to heated and non-heated thermostats. They have a fast detection of the opening status before the engine starts. They also enable active thermostat control for optimal engine operation and reduced fuel consumption and emissions.
