Oil regulators

These mechanical thermostats fulfil purity requirements of transmission systems.

Overview

OIL CONTROL FOR POWERTRAINS

These mechanical thermostats are specifically designed for transmission oil control (secondary coolant flows) either with a plastic (PC) or aluminium housing (PC and CV). They are designed for the automotive market. They are designed for PC and CV powertrain, and have been in mass production since 1976 and 2016 respectively.

Safe separation of the oil and coolant is mandatory. We have a new Urea system designed specifically for trucks to control the Urea temperature.

There are two types of temperature control: sensing oil temperature and controlling oil flow; and sensing oil temperature and controlling coolant flow for active oil warm-up.

Our oil regulators fulfil purity requirements of transmission systems. The requirements for oil regulators and other transmission related applications are typically higher than coolant applications.

Characteristics

PURITY FOR TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS

The products fulfil purity requirements of transmission systems which are typically higher than coolant applications.

Our products meet the highest level of requirement (ex: 200°C) of the main car manufacturer.

The gasoil products bypass the flow through the tank to control the temperature. Our thermostat element switches a flap to mix external air with engine air, which prevents freezing.
