Overview

COST-EFFECTIVE COMPATIBILITY

Our plug-in thermostats are mechanical or electrical and have only one housing part. The second housing part is provided by a mating part in the application, either engine head or block, coolant pump, or other devices with fluid flow.

The thermostat function is available in the final assembly. This is cost effective because mating parts provide sub-functions, like guiding flow, providing a bypass valve seat. They are always designed to a specific application and interface requirements.

Split cooling thermostats

FOR ENGINE ARCHITECTURES

Our split cooling thermostats have been in mass production since 2012. They are for diesel and gasoline engines. They are intended for engine architectures with separated coolant lines for the engine block and cylinder head.
